AIが人間の仕事を奪うと言われている。
作業になるようなことは全部機会がしてくれるようになる。
判断とかもディープラーニングによる知識を得たコンピューターが正しく行ってくれるようになる。
そうなると結局人間にのこされた仕事というものは何になるのだろうか？
それは責任と覚悟ではないかと思う。
責任を取るとこ、覚悟すること、この二つはAIにはできないと思う。
そう考えると「責任を取らない組織」や「覚悟のない企業」は存在する意味がない。
「だれが責任をとるんだ？」とか言ってばかりの人間は基本的に働いていないのだ。
Responsibility and determination
It’s been said that AI is going to take away human jobs.
All the things that would be work will be done by opportunity.
Decisions and so on will be made by computers with deep learning knowledge, and will be done correctly.
What will be left for us to do?
I think it’s about responsibility and preparedness.
I don’t think AI can do these two things, taking responsibility and being prepared.
If I think about it that way, there’s no point in having an “organization that doesn’t take responsibility” or a “company that doesn’t have preparedness”.
Who’s going to take the responsibility? And people who are constantly saying “I’m not working” are basically not working.
